Manjit Rajain – Chairman
Manjit Rajain established Tenon in 1995 and is the executive chairman of Mortice. After serving in the Indian Army he was chief of police for the capital of Kashmir state before he set up his first business. For the past 20 years he has developed Tenon and its various support service businesses into the fourth-largest integrated FM provider in India and Asia. At the same time, he spearheaded the Polio Eradication Program and Literacy Mission in India and under his leadership, the Tenon Group has adopted a school for the underprivileged as its CSR initiative. He has an MBA, is studying for his doctorate and has been nominated as a Global Advisor to Yale School of Management. Manjit is an entrepreneur with a real vision for how Tenon and Tenon FM will develop, building on strong relationships with organisations and clients such as Goldman Sachs, FedEx and DHL, his ambition is to make Tenon a global support services provider.
Angad Rajain – Global Head of FM
Angad Rajain, a management graduate and topper from Yale School of Management, has been associated with the Tenon Group since 2014. He brings with him a new and invigorated approach of managerial style and skill sets that will be vital in evolving Tenon to the next level of success and delivery. Prior to joining Tenon FM, Angad has worked at the world’s leading asset management firm, BlackRock, managing a large portfolio of clients assets. He was actively involved in the Tenon Group’s two acquisitions – O&G in the UK and Frontline Security in Singapore. Currently he is the Global Head of FM of Tenon FM.
Jonathan Smith – Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan is a graduate with 30 years’ experience in sales and business management, acquired across a range of business sectors. He was co-owner of O&G Group from 2005 to 2015, when the company was acquired by Tenon. Jonathan still plays an active role in the business in a non-Executive capacity advising the management team on strategic and operational issues.
Kashif Naeem – Financial Director
Kashif is a Chartered Certified Accountant and fellow member of ACCA. He has 17 years of rich experience in Financial Management in different industries, out of which for last 11 years he has been associated with the FM industry i.e. Elite and brings a wealth of the Industry’s knowledge and relevant experience. In Elite he has held a leadership position and proved himself as a committed member of the Elite family leading the entire team with full energy and enthusiasm to consistently improve efficiency and drive Business growth.
Martin Norris – Business Development Director
Martin has over 30-years’ experience in facilities and property management, starting as an FM with the Canadian High Commission and then working with organisations such as Symonds, Savills, Dalkia, Mitie and Serco. Before joining Tenon FM, he spent eight years at Sodexo in business development, IFM solution design and transformation, which followed a similar position at VINCI (as Taylor Woodrow). Martin is always very client focused, leading the design and operation of integrated solutions, mobilisation and various transformation and change programmes – emphasising the need to collaborate and work as a team. He has worked in a variety of sectors developing relationships with clients like Unilever, BAE Systems, Diageo, Lilly, Heineken, Chivas Bros, Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Mail. His strong team ethic and commitment to setting and achieving business targets is rooted in a passion for sport, particularly rugby, sailing, skiing and surfing.
Sue Cawley – Operations Director
Sue joined eight years ago as an Account Director before transitioning to operations director for our corporate and property sectors. She has over 20 years’ experience in operational facilities management and developing partnering relationships. Her qualifications include health and safety (IOSH Managing Safely), cleaning (BTEC), training and development of staff, customer service training (World Host) and financial management.
