He is part of the senior leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring strong financial control across the business.

Alim plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, including financial planning and reporting, forecast and budgeting, debt and cash management and governance. With a strategic and commercially focused approach, he has extensive experience in driving commercial growth and delivering lasting business impact.

Throughout his career, Alim has been passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He is known for his clear communication, collaborative style, and his ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that supports business success. Prior to joining Tenon FM, he held various finance roles across private equity-backed businesses, large corporates, and SMEs.
