Anuj Rajain serves as the Global Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO) at Tenon Group, where he leads the organisation’s long-term growth vision, global expansion strategy, and innovation roadmap. A Yale alumnus and one of the industry’s most forward-thinking leaders, Anuj is instrumental in shaping Tenon’s evolution into a technology-driven, future-ready enterprise.

Since joining Tenon Group in 2013 as a Management Trainee, Anuj has played a defining role in accelerating the company’s growth trajectory. His strategic foresight led to the launch of the Soteria Command Centre in 2014, recognising early the need for a centralised command and control ecosystem for modern, risk-prone businesses. Under his leadership, Soteria was honoured with the Outstanding Security Installer-Integrator Award at OSPAs 2025, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Anuj brings global business exposure, having worked with leading international brands such as Belmond and Deutsche Bank. His approach combines tactical execution with long-term strategic clarity, enabling Tenon Group to strengthen its market share, brand visibility, and technological capabilities across India, the UK, Singapore, and Germany.

A strong advocate of digital transformation, Anuj has been among the youngest Indian leaders to integrate Artificial Intelligence into security and facility management operations, redefining traditional service models into smart, efficient, and data-driven ecosystems. His efforts have contributed significantly to positioning Tenon as a forward-looking organisation aligned with the needs of high-performing global businesses.

Recognised for his leadership and impact, Anuj has been featured in the Elite #BW30UNDER30 list by BW Disrupt and was among the youngest leaders invited to the Forbes Global CEO Summit.

Beyond business strategy, Anuj is deeply committed to youth upskilling and employment generation. Through initiatives such as Soteria’s collaboration with India’s licensed drone training academy, he has championed programmes that provide free technical training to young professionals. His philosophy of reinvesting operational efficiencies into employee development reflects his belief that sustainable growth begins with empowered people.
