Leadership and high performance teams

Everyone wants a high performing team. Particularly clients and their end users in the facilities sector. Clients in all markets are demanding closer links with their service providers and a one team approach – and they expect that team to meet very high performance criteria. This is particularly important for customers deciding how best to manage a return to workplace activity after C19 lockdown winds down.

Effective leadership is provided by those who understand and communicate the strategic target. The leader then assembles a team deemed capable of delivering the various tactical elements of the target. Perhaps the most important element of leadership is the ability to listen to team members as they describe their tactical processes. Having listened, the leader is then able to offer guidance and knowledge, should it be thought necessary, to the tactical target. Such leadership and teamwork is what sets Tenon fm apart.
