Linda Barnes
Regional Operations Manager (North)
I have been with Tenon since April 2021, starting out as the Operations manager north then taking on the midlands, then late 2022 promoted to Head of Operation north, The journey to present day has not been smooth, and has been a huge challenge to rebuild the foundations to ensure we can move forward and grow in the correct way and ensuring the teams are being fully supported by myself and the Operations Director. I am not able to carry out my role effectively as I have done without the support from the Senior leadership team and this emphasises 1 Team ethos. I feel that we are now slowly starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am proud to have been able to get the operations this far. I was given an award last year 2022 for new starter and I feel the pace an energy, that I have which I instil in my team is ensuring Tenon are going in the right direction.
